Updates 15th October 2008 Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know that I haven't fell of the face of the earth, I'm still around, but I just haven't had chance to sit and create anything for a while. Life just seems to be getting in the way at the moment, we've got that much going on and things are pretty hectic. Hopefully I'll get around to making some more art soon, especially with xmas on the way, as I like to make xmas wallpapers, 'lol'. Anyway just wanted to let you all know why there was a lack of updates. Take care all. :D 06th September 2008 I've added one new wallpaper this morning. This wall is for the new vampire show True Blood. I've read most of the books, by Charlaine Harris, for the show which are fantastic, and I just can't put them down. I really hope the shows producers do the books justice, if they stick to the storylines of the books as much as they can, then it should be a great show. Any way enough of my rambling, the wallpaper is called 'Mine' and features Sookie the main character and Eric who is a vampire. 3rd September 2008 Added 2 new affiliates today, Lily @ Silver Moon Myst, & Rach @ Beautifully Broken Designs. I also anotherreceived another SotM award from Lyri @t Seeing Red. I can't believe this is my second one for September. It's like I said before, it's really great to get these awards as it shows that people really like the work I create, it does make me feel that the time I put in to my work is all worth it. Thanks very much Lyri for the lovely award you made for me, I really do appreciate it.
30th August 2008 I'd just like to say a great big thank you to Wicca_Jaz over at Inside Us All for giving me a Site of the Month award for September.It's always good to know that my hard work is paying off and that people are enjoying the art I produce. I really appreciate the award Wicca_Jaz so thanks very much. :D
25th August 2008 Just one quick update today with one new wallpaper, and it's another manipulation, this one is of Alyssa Milano, I'm fairly pleased with how this one turned out.. 16th August 2008 I've uploaded two new wallpapers this evening, the first one is of Eliza Dushku, I don't think it's too bad, but I also don't think it's one of my better pieces either 'lol', so that's why I then did another one . This one is a fantasy piece with Jennifer Love Hewitt in it, and it's called Other Worlds, I really enjoy doing the fantasy wallpapers and I was pleased with how this one turned out. I'll definitely be doing more of these. I've also added a new Fantasy section to my art, or a section for what I'd class as fantasy art 'lol', ready for when I hopefully add more. 11th August 2008 I was messing about today and I've been working on another manipulation, this one is of Willow from Buffy, and is called Darkness Is My Mistress. I'm quite pleased with the end result. 09th August 2008 I've added one new wallpaper today from the new Batman film, and it's of Heath Ledger as The Joker. It's such a shame he died earlier this year he was a great actor. I've also added another 5 new Textures, which were also made today. 03rd August 2008 Well, I was messing about today trying to come with a Vampy wallpaper, I'm quite pleased with how it turned out too. It's not a pic of anyone from tv or movies, it was just a free stock image I found, so I manipualted it a bit and turned it vampy. Anyway this is the wallpaper, which you can also find in my 'Misc' section of art. Vampires Bite. 02nd August 2008 Ok, so I wanted to make some more textures today as I haven't made any for a while, so I've actually made 10 of them, You can find them on my Goodies page. I've also added one new wallpaper for my movies section. It's from the new Hellboy film and it's of Princess Nuala. I like her character in the film and how she looks, and I just wanted to do something with the pic of her that I have. :) I've also added one new affiliate too, it's Josh at Kissing Daylight he has a great site with lots of cool fanart so please go and check his site out. 28th July 2008 I've added another Manip this evening, for Piper from Charmed. I'm really enjoying doing the manips and I'm really pleased with how this one turned out. I've also added another wallpaper too, this one is for Rose McGowan, it's a bit differnt from the usual stuff as it's a black and white one, which I haven't done for ages, but again I was pleased with the end result. Edit: Added a new Affiliate AnMarie at Tranquil Hearts 26th July 2008 Added a new wallpaper today for Sarah Michelle Gellar, I'm quite pleased with how this one turned out, it took me a while to figure out what to do with the single image of SMG, but I got there in the end, and like I said I'm pleased with the end result. I've also added another manip that I made today as well, again it's of the Supernatural boys, I just like working with their pics. 'lol' The piece is called Outlaw's. 22nd July 2008 Also added two new Wallpapers this evening both for Dr. Who, the first is taken from the first season and it's from the episode 'The Unquiet Dead', and the second is called 'Doctors Delights'. New layout - made form a recent piece of Doctor Who art I did 'Stolen Earth' Also added a couple of new Affiliates today, Camile @ Vintage Magic, and Georgina @ Out the Window 05th July 2008 Added two new wallpapers this evening, another one from Dr.Who, but this time of the badguy Davros, I think they'll be alot more Dr.Who art to come too, I can't get enough of the show at the moment and the finale tonight was absolutly fantastic. I can't believe I've got to wait till christmas for the next instalment. I've also done a Buffy and Angel wallpaper too, it's been a while since I've done any art for Buffy, but I enjoyed making this one, I used an older image from season two for it but I was still pleased with how it turned out, just makes me want to make more now. 'lol' Also a dded another new affiliate today it's Quee over at Beautiful Visions she has some fantstic videos and plenty of great artwork too, so check her site out and see what you think. :) 04th July 2008 I've added a new affiliate this morning, it's Antoinette over at Degreenify, she has a great site, with plenty of fan art for Supernatural, Buffy & Angel, lots of other tv shows and actors and actresses. 02nd July 2008 Just one new wallpaper to add today, and again it's from Doctor Who and it's called Stolen Earth. I know in the scene Rose is actually looking down at the Dr. but I wanted to centre more on Rose's grief, so that's why I've put her in front. I think I've managed to show that in the wallpaper.Well, I hope it comes across that way anyway 'lol' :) We're so into Dr who still and can't wait for the season finale this saturday, it's gonna be such a good episode and definitely one not to miss. 29th June 2002 I've added one new affiliate this morning, it's Kari at Gutterflower, like I said before she has a great site especially if you like Dr who and Torchwood and her artwork is fantastic too. She has a great style to her work.:)
